Claude setup for Charleston small businesses, $750 flat
Start with a useful workflow, then configure Claude around the people, information, permissions, and review steps your business already has.
Claude is useful when it helps with work your business already repeats. That might be turning approved material into a first draft, finding an answer across current procedures, preparing a summary for review, or helping staff follow a consistent process.
The setup should begin there. Not with a list of model features. Not with access to every folder. Not with an account that exists but nobody knows how to use.
We offer a bounded Claude setup for small businesses at a flat price of $750. We select a practical workflow with you, configure the account around it, train the people who will use it, and leave a written handoff. The scope is deliberately contained so you know what the price covers before work begins.
What the flat price covers
The setup includes the practical work needed to take Claude from a new or loosely configured account to a shared business tool with a defined purpose.
Workflow selection. We identify a primary repeated task where Claude can provide a useful first pass while a person keeps responsibility for the result. If a simpler template, form, or rule would do the job better, we say so.
Workspace and administrative setup. We configure the available workspace settings, roles, permissions, and access needed for the agreed use. The exact controls depend on the Anthropic plan you choose and the features available in that plan.
Business instructions and source material. We turn the agreed process into clear instructions and organize the approved material Claude should use. We do not treat every old file as equally current or give the system access to material it does not need.
Supported connectors and custom skills. Where an available connector fits the workflow, we configure a bounded set and test the access it provides. We can also create focused instructions or skills for the agreed task. This scope does not include custom software or a custom integration to a system Claude does not already support.
Team training and handoff. We show your team how to use the configured workflow, how to review its output, what not to put into it, and when to stop and ask a person. You receive notes covering the setup, its limits, and the decisions needed to maintain it.
A short correction window. After handoff, we correct configuration issues within the agreed setup. Open-ended managed support, new workflows, and later expansion are separate scopes.
What the price does not include
The $750 is our flat price for the bounded service on this page. It does not include charges paid to other companies.
You pay Anthropic directly for the plan, user seats, and usage your business chooses. You also pay any third-party provider directly for its own product, connector, storage, or usage charges. We identify known dependencies before the scope is agreed, but those provider prices and terms remain outside our control.
The flat price also does not include custom application development, custom integrations, large-scale document cleanup, migration across several systems, policy or legal review, procurement work, or ongoing administration. If the useful solution needs one of those, we separate it clearly rather than hiding it inside a small setup package.
Choosing a Claude plan and working mode
The right plan and working mode depend on how the work is shared and governed. Claude Team is a paid team plan, and it may make sense when several people need common administration and access. Cowork is a working mode available inside supported paid plans, not a separate plan you buy instead of one. A desktop workflow may make sense when the task happens close to files and applications on one person's computer. Some features, connectors, and controls vary by plan and can change over time.
We do not choose a plan because its feature list is longer. We choose around the workflow, the people using it, the material involved, and the controls you need. The Anthropic account remains yours, and its subscription is separate from our setup price.
Security starts with less access
A useful setup does not require opening every system to a model. We begin with the smallest set of material and permissions the workflow needs. We identify who can use it, who approves source material, what should never be entered, and how uncertain output reaches a person.
A connector is not automatically safe because it is available. We review what it can read or change, configure the narrowest practical access, and document the boundary. Your business remains responsible for its own legal, regulatory, employment, and contractual obligations. We do not present configuration as a security certification or legal opinion.
Training on the work, not a feature tour
Generic AI training is easy to forget because it has no connection to Monday morning. We train against the configured workflow and the material your team will actually use.
That includes how to give useful context, how to check an answer against its source, how to recognize uncertainty, and when the task should stay with a person. The goal is not to make everyone a model expert. It is to make the agreed process understandable enough to use and inspect.
Who this setup fits
This service fits a small business that can point to a repeated task, identify the person responsible for the source material, and make account access available. It also requires a workflow narrow enough to configure and test without building custom software.
It is not the right scope for an organization seeking an enterprise-wide rollout, a custom application, several bespoke integrations, extensive data cleanup, or continuous administration. Those needs may be valid, but they should be scoped and priced as their own work.
Assess fit and agree on the scope
We begin with the workflow, source material, and constraints. We confirm the boundaries of the setup and how its results will be inspected. The approved $750 flat price applies to the configuration, training, documentation, and handoff described on this page.
We use a small, agreed test to examine source use, review steps, and access boundaries. We inspect the results together and expand only where justified. Additional workflows or custom software need a separate discussion. AI is an option to evaluate; an existing tool, clearer instructions, or a conventional integration may be more appropriate.
- What does Claude business setup cost?
- The bounded setup described on this page is $750 flat. Anthropic subscriptions, user seats, usage charges, and any third-party software or services are billed separately by their providers.
- What is included, and how long does setup take?
- The scope covers discovery around a primary workflow, workspace and permission configuration, business instructions, a bounded set of supported connectors or skills, team training, handoff notes, and a short correction window after launch. Timing depends on account access, the condition of your source material, and how quickly decisions are made, so we confirm the schedule before work begins.
- How do you handle security, permissions, and connectors?
- We start with the least access the workflow needs, separate roles where the product supports it, and document what information each connection can reach. Connectors must be supported, available to your plan, and suitable for the agreed workflow; custom integrations and custom software are separate work.
- Who is this for, and does training come with it?
- It fits a small business with a repeated knowledge-work task, a person who can approve the source material, and a team willing to use a shared process. Training and handoff are included for the agreed setup, and the work can be done on site locally or entirely remotely.
