Selected work

We prove it before we pitch it.

These are working homepage prototypes we produced for local businesses, not official sites we were hired to ship. We build something real first, so the conversation starts with evidence instead of a slide deck.

The Foot Store

The gap

A specialty running store with deep local trust and a website that did not show it. The fit expertise that sets them apart was nowhere on the page.

What we built

A homepage prototype that leads with the gait-analysis fitting and the people who do it, built on real photography scraped from their own storefront and socials.

The detail

Static Next.js, instant loads, structured so a returning runner finds hours and a first-timer understands why they would drive past three big-box stores to get fitted here.

The Griffon

The gap

A Charleston institution wallpapered in dollar bills, with a generic template site that gave none of that character to someone deciding where to eat.

What we built

A dark, characterful homepage prototype that carries the room onto the screen, with the full menu hosted on-site and direct links to order takeout and buy gift cards.

The detail

We moved the entire menu off the old platform so the new site stands on its own, and wired the ordering and gift-card flows straight to their existing provider. No dead ends.

Butcher & café · East Bay

Ted's Butcherblock

The gap

A neighborhood butcher and gourmet café whose reputation is built in person, with a site that did not convey the craft or the counter.

What we built

A photo-forward, heritage-led homepage prototype that frames Ted's as the neighborhood butcher first, with the café, the meat boxes, and the in-house bacon given room to breathe.

The detail

Built to show, not tell. We kept the owner's own words verbatim, scoped the claims to what is true, and let the product photography carry the page.
